I thoroughly enjoy the work ethic of the people I work with, the fast-paced nature of my job, the impact I stand to make for our patients, and especially the fact that upper management has our back. This is critical - the people at our site have significant exposure to management and the prospect for quick appreciation and promotion is high. A brand new facility, top of the line instrumentation, a lot of friendly, new faces, and a new cafeteria make this a great place to work at.
Cons
The benefits package can definitely be improved (profit sharing across the site), and a better work-life balance is something that should constantly be encouraged and fostered. This site encourages a hardworking ethic and those of us who love what we do are rather happy - not for the faint of heart.
