Pros
The pros are since management is clueless you have more freedom to take control of your own career. You will never be without work to do
Cons
Management does not know why people are leaving as such all the problems do not get fixed. Management stays pretty steady but all lower positions seem to be a revolving door of people. The benefits are subpar but they will lie and say they are competitive to the industry (maybe if you compare to markets other than the EU and the US). Usually you will have to do more work than you were expecting leading to long days, the average person usually works 45+ hours a week. The promotions only exist if you have the time, does not matter what you know if you don't have the required years you will not be promoted but you will be given more responsibilities. Raises are basically just keeping your pay in par with the rate of inflation.
