Pros
The people are fantastic. Although everyone is worked to the max, staff will generally make the time to help out. I have made some long lasting friendships with some wonderful people. The job is fast-paced and gives you industry experience on a variety of different clinical studies.
Cons
It's not what you know, but who you know. No career progression, unless you know the right people. Some of those in senior leadership are marginally qualified. Most of senior leadership does not support their employees and do not manage workloads effectively. The Union workers do not do their jobs correctly and are not held accountable. There is a serious lack of work ethic and pride to do a quality job. Everyone else works ten times harder to cover up their mistakes. The culture is all about revenue, and that's it!
