There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

PTO (if you could actually use it) is top tier

Don’t even know where to begin. Understaffed like you couldn’t believe. Unrealistic expectations for workload. Micromanagement to another level. Work life balance doesn’t exist. If you bring it up you’ll be told “that’s just the job”
