Pros

I have worked for Catalogs.com for over 1 year and have experienced much change during my time with the company. After new ownership took over in January of 2019, there were tremendous improvements inside the company. The benefits package now reflects a modern and positive environment, including 401K, Health and Dental insurance and vacation and personal time off. The overall working environment has improved also. With the ability to work remotely it has become a joy to work for Catalogs.com. As a .com company, this makes perfect since and allows the freedom and flexibility to work when and where you desire or when deadlines demand. Weekly production meetings are conducted via video conference and the entire team remain in contact through different forms of online communication. This is an entirely different company than the organization that I joined originally over a year ago. I highly recommend anyone to come on-board as a new hire. It’s a wonderful, positive working environment now and plenty of room for advancement and growth within your profession.

Cons

As this new company continues to grow and advance, of course there is always room for improvement. Training is somewhat sketchy at times and in the past under the old management, you were expected to dive in headfirst and it was sink or swim. However, that has changed! Now you are asked to participate and be an integral part of new development and new working procedures. That is the only con I can think of at this time.

Pros

I can’t edit my review but updating from 1 to 2 stars after their response to my review, since business is under new ownership

Cons

It’s pretty asinine to believe that a former employee owes “due diligence” of tracking down business transactional records to determine the partnership history of a former employer, in order to describe said employee’s evidence. But the snippy defensive response tells it all…
