      It was great working with flexible bosses. I would have pushed for a higher bonus as I was delivering profit growth.

      Cons

      At the end of the day, it was a marketing agency, so my job was to find the best economic solution to activate my client’s campaigns with quality.

      Fulfilling and creative work, fast paced work environment, management values and appreciates expertise of each employee, many company holidays, and provides healthcare and dental. Best benefits I've had in my career so far.

      Could use a few hardware upgrades to improve workstations
