Excellent salary compensation. Flexible benefits package with options. Flexible working arrangements exist. The industry is tough but this allows skills development in running lean, efficient operations.
Cons
Flexible working arrangements exist but are at manager discretion so not available in every department. New employees must work for 7 years before gaining another week of vacation time (starting with 3 weeks).
