Catapult is a boutique IT Staffing firm with a team of seasoned professionals that authentically care about their internal staff members, the candidates they represent and the clients they serve. Unlike many staffing firms, Catapult's Management team has brought the humanity back to recruiting. They allow and encourage their recruiters to take the time to truly get to know each candidate's skill set but, more importantly, understand what they would like in a "dream job" and what will make them happy long term in regards to company culture. The internal staff members make a diligent effort to understand the clients needs as well, in an effort to match outstanding talent with fantastic organizations. They pride themselves on providing feedback in a timely manner to both clients and candidates; never leaving them in the dark. They are like one big family which is a rare find. It's an ethical, honest, organization that treats everyone they engage with fairly. They understand that we are in the people business and clients and candidates are treated as human beings; not dollar signs.
