Pros
The product has potential, and there are some great/smart people working there but...
Cons
There is extremely high turnover (both terminations and resignations), and promotions are arbitrary. Everything seems to be based on how the CEO feels that day. Or that minute..

Pros
Some great people and leaders in Sales and Marketing
Cons
I had a really disappointing 11 months at Catchpoint. I had 3 offers and took Catchpoint because I was reporting into someone I wanted to report into. It was listed on my offer letter. The Friday before I started they called me at 515pm to tell me they laid him off. Had I known this, I would have taken the other offers. This means they either weren’t transparent during the interview process or made a spur of the moment decision. I tried to make the best of it but a few weeks in, I was told how much turnover this department had seen but was reassured not to worry about it. The company was doing very well and on a great trajectory. I was getting increasingly positive feedback from my stakeholders in Leadership. I got a call that I was being laid off because they wanted my role to be more financial, which was not my job description. I was told there was nothing I could have done differently.
