      Most people are nice people The idea behind Catenon is always attractive Flexibility and global exposure

      Cons

      Once you're here you realize it is a chaotic company... No leadership Bad salaries (no benefits) No career opportunities No direction - not for the company nor the employees (there's no HR, no career path...) Staying with the worse profiles People are completely demotivated - drain you out!

      Possiblity to work internationally. Gained experience in client management Gained experience working for multiple industries and sectors

      Cons

      Company when through difficult time last year (2013) but due to the collaborative efforts of everybody, we manged to put it back on track.
