      small enough that you can make a difference with some OK budgets, good perks for management like cars and other stuff

      terrible culture, bullying is seen pretty regularly, even from the executive team, the HR management is toxic too

      Nepotism and favouritism. If you're mediocre but can say what they love to hear, you will be promoted even if you don't have the technical skills.
