Pros
Benefits are great even for part time associates as well. Some overtime periodically, the pay is ok if you are working overnights.
Cons
RNs treat you poorly, especially on 4 South. Doesn't work as a team. Expect the Nurse Assistants to do their job as well. Because there is no union at Sisters Hospital they can do whatever they want to do to you.
