The people from management to coworkers were friendly and helpful all around. Could not ask for a better job, a shame couldn't work out. If you get a chance to work for this company you won't regret it

Flexible and casual environment in the plant.

Business run by an equity firm and focused on meeting the numbers monthly. Values exist but are mostly used to reprimand or remove people regardless of performance. Process and long term improvements can be suggested but are not usually supported unless they are going to grow sales in some way.
