Pros
A lot of change in the last few years. Growing pains of a startup, but they've hired newer faces along the way that are helping to bring process and structure. The company now ranges with employees with both big company and start-up experience. Management has been working hard to improve the culture, but you still have a bit of the old vs. new mentality. The product, brand, and vision is what you stay for. It's a fast paced environment, so if you come from only start-ups with slow growth or only big companies, it may not be a good fit. The people are great, even though you're remote, you'll still build friendships and you'll learn a ton.
Cons
There's people that have been there for years (which is great) but are having trouble letting go of responsibilities they no longer should have to worry about. This creates a bit of friction in the process.
