      Pros

      The dysfunction of the organization forces you to be resilient, innovative, and adaptable.

      Cons

      Employees' voices are silenced, ideas shut down, and ability to work stifled, all due to the tragically difficult and delusional ego of the executive director. There was such potential for the organization to do really incredible work and create mass impact across the sector, but it was all toppled over by one bad leader.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. They have a great mission to help non profits raise more money and better manage themselves. The people are great too.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any downside to working here except for the sometimes very long hours.

      Salary was good, but could have been better based on market standards and for how much I had to pay out of pocket for health insurance.

      Health benefits were too expensive.
