Now stay tight for some ugly truth :
1. Good Reviews which are mentioned by the employees were forced them to write because CTO cannot see his reviews of what they really are. (As you can see some sentences are exactly, if you do not find similar sentences, they were changed, obviously).
2. For Freshers, it is not recommended, as CTO gives the toughest task to an employee in the beginning to test them for whether they can perform(survive) that task.
3. You have to report everyday personally to the CTO about the day task, which is good from CTO's point of view but very frustrating to employees.
4. CTO is the whole and sole of the company, if you change even single line of code, it needs to be reported to the CTO and if your work around was not so good, you are screwed.
5. Company's CTO monitors your every task during the day. (Similar to game : WATCH_DOGS) and even monitors your social life. If you add some post on linkedin and your work wasn't properly done, CTO directly points to your personal life and tortures you (including what you do on Saturday and Sunday).
6. For freshers, it is not very digestive in the beginning to stay on edge of the technology as they barely started their career.
7. If you are a part of the company and you are reading this, then you may have understood that doubts, problems and bugs should be identified and solved by you. If you ask about this to CTO as he always insists, then you are screwed.
8. CTO threatens more rather than guiding.
9. Task assigned to you, is also given with instructions to how to do it rather than using your brains.
10. Not only freshers, but even experience people are getting fired quickly from the company. No Job Security.
12. Personally, I loved when I joined however, this is what lies inside the company.
