Absolutely toxic work culture. Feels hostile 24/7. Crab mentality among the team. I've been thrown under the bus as a new joiner who had no clue how stuff worked and never had one KT session provided by this team. Some super fake people. Micromanagement is the leaderships oxygen. Some people responsible for managing employees need a full psychological assessment before they should be given that duty. Top notch favoritism. Different employees are granted different privileges depending on how much they lick the boots. No appreciation for hard work at all. Nil. Don't work at all, but avoid joining this company.
