Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

- "Cavalry Staffing" isn't really a "company", but a tiny division of mom & pop Ohio-based "Stanley Staffing" - They are a labor subcontractor to Enterprise-Rent-A-Car & National/Alamo in only 3 airports (PHX, JFK, & Newark), although they will make themselves out to be bigger than they really are in their misleading online employment ads. - 99.9% of the people they hire are part-time & paid minimum-wage. - Their full-time employees make less than $40K a year, most less than $25K (even the ones who live out in NY & NJ) and are expected to work 60+ hours a week. They are labeled as "salaried" so that the company doesn't have to pay the employee over-time. - Bleak financial future. They've attempted to expand into Philadelphia & Fort Worth and have failed miserably each time. - No career growth opportunities whatsoever. - Poor HR practices leave them wide open for lawsuits & union infiltration. - No job security whatsoever due to the divisions lackluster financial performance & fickle management.

Pros

The only pro is that you can start work immediately and there are alot of hours available...because the turnover rate is so high.

Cons

Where do I start? Firstly you will never get the shifts or position you were originally hired for. I requested overnight PDI driver and only got 1st shift service attendant. So not an ideal second job or job for college students. Secondly they pay minimum wage. There is no employee parking. Administration is VERY disorganized so there is always confusion and miscommunication between staff and crew. The worst part is that they have a very bad record of shorting employees out of their paychecks. All the former employees I know and even people who work there currently have lost hundreds of dollars in pay due. They will tell you to file paperwork for the hours owed, but you will never get it. My paycheck was short by over a hundred dollars 3 weeks in a row and one week it was missing completely. I was promised all the backpay the following week only to get my paycheck and it was short the backpay and 10 of the hours due for the cirrent week.
