Pros
If a person is not able to find a job elsewhere, he can become a transcriptionist at CBay, (M*Modal); yes, that is for sure, and even if he does not know English. There are people working who are not trained, working at CBay. This is an advantage for some. Also, employee will be entitled for medical insurance of 1 lac.
Cons
I am not sure if you will get the money after claim. There are instances when money was not received after claim using the medical insurance. No activities. Management is afraid of MTs becasue of attrition. So, it is again crap work from MTs and gala time for them. If you do not meet your target it is LOP half day. You have to work on weekends, and also all saturdays. Business head is not doing very well;; he promotes only who is good to him, meaning you have to be a chamcha. Experience is not necessary to grow, you should be a chamcha to business head. ALL IN ALL, they claim to be #1 in business, but bad place to work. I do not suggest to anybody. All negatives, no positives to say. I am working here because I am not a graduate, will not get job elsewhere. Nothing is transparent.
