Pros
The co-workers are friendly and helpful to a point
This is a perfect job for someone out of college or has no college degree
Good insurance but expensive
Cons
The pay was low compared to industry standard
You are constantly micromanaged
Attendance policy is strict but you get occurrences for even emergencies that
are out of your control
My first team leader was great but when she left the company I was transferred
to other team leader who was lazy and did not seem to care about me not making
quota even when I asked for help
My first team manager was great and understanding but when he left the company, my new team manager was evil. He taunted me when I struggled and did not train me in how to perform the necessary tasks of the job, he even
threatened me with an occurrence because I needed to take a day off for a serious medical procedure, I had to reschedule it.
The training is horrible because it does not prepare you for the requirements of
the job, if you go by the training you will do poorly and not last long as a employee
