Pros
- Cedar Health's primary focus remains to be science, technology, patient service and quality. They promote this with every new project. - Senior management is always open to ideas, and encourage creative and independent thinking. - Teams are compatible at work and socially too (big win!)
Cons
- The medical benefits plans have higher deductibles but that said, management is aware and are working towards a solution.
