Pros
Quite a lot of benefits: many days off, study days, benefit budged, paid training and certifications, anual bonus.
Cons
- if you're doing a good job, you'll be overwelmed (a lot of work) - on some prodjects the technologies are outdated - in the past years the benefits decreased a bit (ex. 13 salary became an anual bonus based on performance and company's kpis) - they tend to encourage people to come to the office for the "sinergy", but it is not mandatory to be in the office
