The honest review below from " Talent Management Consultant in Irving, TX" a former HR employee is on point. I was one of the women bullied at Celanese, among many other women and some men. Bullying is an accepted management principle here as evidenced by one of the promotion and advancement of one of several KNOWN and PREMIERE BULLIES. Complaints to HR only resulted in more bullying, albeit more privately. This department manager is known for his public humiliation of entire teams and at times team heads. This is his management technique. When he is cornered by his own limitations and realization that he needs the guys he will then redirect and refocus his intimidation / bullying tactics on a woman. H.R. admitted he was a known problem. Then WHY the promotion? Why continue to do nothing? Unaccepatable. The three positive posts that followed the former HR person's review are an attempt to drive down her post and some others below. DO NOT BE FOOLED. These are known issues and the attempt to cover them up here, is must more of the same and evidence of the reality that this is how Celanese operates. It is condoned and accepted.
