Major changes, everyone is leaving - Anonymous employee Celanese Employee Review

Company going through major change in culture. Most new management will do everything to reduce costs. There is no job security, everyone is either leaving or are actively looking for a new job. You can ask any long term employee and they can tell you that morale is very low. Positions are being consolidated and long term employees are pushed out of the company. I'm starting to think that the good reviews are written by internal HR or by new hires who are not very familiar with the company.
