      Pros

      A rookie with a passion to do something in life - for him Celste could be a playground or an experiential learning corner. The team is fun to work with, I mean you will have the experience of almost every part of India, because there is diversity.

      Cons

      There are many but I will try to summarise it: No System Design. Lack of communication. Ethics of doing business are not good. Employees are overloaded with the work most of the times. Ignorant management. A little Egotistic, following unconventional and old methods of marketing.

      You'll get good increments, and the employees are really good

      Cons

      You won't be have personal life or mental piece anymore they don't pay on time plus the project management is so poor that people with no experience can do even better management proper La La Company
