Awesome customers are the only thing I can say positive about my experience with Cellular Center! For the most part other sales reps are pretty awesome also.
Cons
My biggest problem with Cellular Center is that they couldn't care less about there employees. If you don't sale enough you will be fired. (Understandable) The kicker is that if you sale to much you will also be fired. Then human resources will stand behind management no matter if they are in the right or wrong. Also if you quite or get fired they will not pay you the commision checks for at least 6 months and then they will say you have all kinds of charge backs. Also I once worked for corporate Verizon who pays double what Cellular Center pays! My advice run, run as fast as you can!
Management provides a fun working environment challenging your sales abilities while helping each other. Working with company provided exposure to my next Career Opportunity.
Cons
Poor Hourly Wage for Management, Lots of long hours when short staff. Poor Communications at District level.
