Cons
Working at Cellular World holds you to the high standards of AT&T but the catch is.....You are not really an employee of AT&T, nor can you claim to work for AT&T. You are not paid like an actual employee either. The commissions can and are often taken back via "Charge Backs". Some are questionable to say the least. There is a designated accounting dept for this company in Dallas, yet there are "Issues Reports" that are sent out every couple of weeks for the employees to review and correct. In doing so that takes the rep off of the sales floor when they are supposed to be selling. Paid vacations are offered by the company, longer tenured employees accrue more hours of "PTO" per week worked. Area mgrs have declined vacation, even during slow months for many employees. Vacation was denied, even during the slower months. What is the point of offering vacation if it can't be used?
