- Interesting and constantly evolving solutions and technologies - Learn a lot and exposed to a lot of work that you might not at larger companies - Given a lot of creative freedom and responsibility over own work. Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow skills. - Within engineering team, management is very supportive and actively encourages growth. Great teams to work with.
Cons
- Pay below market rate and the gap grows worse as you progress - No benefits. No health insurance, pension matching, life assurance, sick leave or maternity/paternity leave pay - Legal minimum annual leave - Poor leadership in upper management. Very disengaged from the needs and wants of staff
