Pros

Character building One good social...once The ISMM sales trainer was a lovely bloke Kept me afloat after university (although in no way comfortably)

Cons

Easily the worst company I have worked for. Terrible base salary + low commission High labour turnover even for recruitment Sacked 2 people in my time there (7 months) Office is rundown and awful Management were cold and unmotivating Screw you out of commission at every opportunity Progression is from resourcer to graduate manager to account manager --> hardly inspiring Their marketing is dreadful Their systems were dreadful No team mentality The team used to get a weekly roasting for not being good enough despite zero support and no training Could go on all day - the only people that stay there over a year are just comfortable in the role and making little money or progression.

Pros

I have worked at Celsius for the past 18 months as the ISM Training Manager. This is a young, energetic and fast paced company that works with the cutting edge of the technology industry and like any job role it is not for everyone...but for graduates of any subject who wish to cut their teeth within the fastest growing sector in the world it is the go to place for building corporate experience and credibility. Over the last 3 months the company has gone through some significant changes including a new management team, dress-down policy, complimentary breakfasts and new incentive scheme and so the best way to find out more about us would be to come on in and check out our company culture, we'd love to meet you or check out our LinkedIn page for updates and photographs of the brilliant graduates that I regularly train-up on the ISM Diploma in Professional Sales.

Cons

Whether you're coming to us as a prospective recruiter or sales professional, it is inevitable that you will be towards working targets, sometimes within a pressured environment but just like when you were at uni, you'll reap the rewards; whether your motivations are financial, career-focused or to work with a like-minded, sociable team (I'm based at our Sale office and can vouch that we have a fantastic recently refurbished and reasonably priced local pub whilst our London office is right in the heart of the city). We want you to well and will provide you with all the support that you need.
