There really are no pros. That's a strong statement but it's true.
Cons
Management treat you like disposable trash. No culture - to the public they pretend to be the perfect team. Every day there is a shouting match with managers cussing out employees. Which is passed off as "Israeli style management" No HR. If you have an HR problem you have no one to turn to The company sells itself as a profitable start up but can't even afford coffee. There are no perks. Tel Aviv start ups all provide great atmospheres with snacks, comfortable working spaces and employee engagement. There is non of that The office is a spare space rented from a different established design company. It has a great view but no AC and the kitchen / toilets are always dirty. Complete embarrassment. No 10bis or happy hour Cheapest equipment and always a handme down. Employee turn over is crazy! In the last year TLV office has had 6 dismissals/walk outs out of 10 employees! Just 4 full timers left in TLV. No industry education Token allocation is a scam Stock options allocation is a joke No career advancement The salaries are so low that it's a running joke internally and even in public videos on YouTube. No company values No work life balance
