Good management and staff who cares

Strictly sales. Have to learn the ropes

FREE TANNING!! That was the major pro. Close to home. Gave me some work experience. Great for college kids, high school kids, or someone wanting an additional part-time job.

Pay was minimum wage, and no one ever got pay increases. My position was seasonal, so I was not there too long. I think they should have more than one sales associate working at all times especially at night. On a typical shift it was a Sales Associate and Bed Cleaner, so two people. But Bed Cleaner's got cut hours before the Sales Associate. It seems unfair to have one employee cleaning everything and shutting down everything. Not to mention most people who work there are girls... so closing alone at night and being a single girl in there is kinda dangerous. Management at ours sucked. When emergencies would happen and we would call them their response was ' It's my day off, you deal with it'.
