Pros

great work life balance if you are management. they do lots of activities to try to create team bonding. Small so you become friends with everyone very quickly. Since it is so small you get to be involved in many different fields which is great for learning new things. The digital and creative directors are great.

Cons

- Senior management is not up to date on digital media or current trends ( but they think they are) - overworked under paid - Lots of micromanagement for the account team - Lots of gossip and trash talking - One rude employee who gets away with whatever

Pros

Some of the staff is great to work with, hybrid environment. Small office space, fairly each location to commute to.

Cons

Not a good environment for growth. Employees let go unexpectedly. Management focuses primarily on profit, and quite a few pieces seem to be the owner's personal projects. Management is not focused on helping with your career, just their bottom line.
