Pros
Overall, Cenergy is a good place to work. Company offers great benefits and somewhat competitive pay. There is no micromanagement yet.
Cons
Upper management expects you to accomplish goals without providing the proper resources. Cenergy is only worried about pleasing customers. Will quickly fire one of their employees just to please a customer. Cenergy hires family and buddies and will move other people around/out to make room for them. There is no training.
