Pros
Every year they change their direction and strategy. The basics are low and the commission used to be generous but it feels like they are constantly finding ways to stop you getting it. They hired a new sales director in 2020 who has a very old school mentality. They have issues with diversity and promote people who don’t know the products, processes or people. It’s weird but there are lots of opportunities to learn if you are smart about it. There are some brilliant people there and so much opportunity to improve things. The office is wonderful. It’s the biggest we works in Europe with free premium coffee and free booze in the evening. Covid has restricted this but it’s still available.
Cons
Lack of diversity, the CEO goes to sales meetings and tells sales people how to sell even though he is an accountant not a sales person. It’s very white male dominated and the only women who get promoted are attractive and not necessarily capable.
