Pros
At Centaurus, you're given the opportunity to work with some of the smartest and most helpful people in the industry, which is especially important when you're still in school and still trying to figure everything out. Everyone here just wants to see you succeed and will do everything they can to ensure that happens. The types of problems you solve for their clients teach you important skills that are transferable to a number of different careers, which is helpful if you decide wealth management isn't for you. However, Centaurus is an excellent place to start your career if the field is right for you and more than a handful of their full time employees started off in this role.
Cons
It starts as an unpaid internship but if you do the work and show that you're an asset to the firm, you'll be compensated fairly in no time.
