Pros
Decent money & benefits . My current management is excellent! They are very encouraging, offer further training if needed to succeed -just very supportive.
Cons
The other management, not very encouraging or supportive. Micro managing. Changing jobs titles/description due to their financial reasons. Mine was like a demotion with out any discussion or options.
