Pros

Interesting, challenging work on good products. Many talented, hardworking, kind colleagues who would be assets to any company. Work with some great clients and external stakeholders.

Cons

Old boys' club at the top encouraging macho sales culture. Sales staff indulged and given privileges but employees who deliver the products and client service receive no recognition. Unhealthy management culture. Bullying is a recurring issue. Too much politics, talking behind people's backs, inconsistency and criticising people in public. Sexism. Serious and ‘everyday’ examples involving senior leaders in the company. Training and development budget difficult to come by. Low morale but high professionalism among staff, who work hard to maintain product quality and client relationships without support, investment or basic respect from the motley collection of courtiers and ne'er-do-wells running the place. They deserve better. Old fashioned views on flexible working. Redundancies while chucking profits up to the PE owners throughout the pandemic. No transparency on what if any cuts were made to management pay. Strategic decision making all over the place. Senior leadership team don't understand the industry.

Pros

LBR does a good job of creating a fun culture and offers opportunities to grow for those who seek them.

Cons

Salaries probably aren’t consistent with the industry or NYC

Pros

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
