Centelon claims to be a growing IT company, yet their Kochi office location is far from practical. The office is situated in city center, making daily commuting a nightmare. It took me over an hour to reach the office due to Kochi’s chaotic traffic. Centelon claims the office is near a railway station, but that’s simply not true. No one is commuting from Trivandrum by train, and relying on such a location only makes it harder for employees. The office should have been in a more accessible place, like Kakkanad, where commuting would be easier, and accommodation options are more plentiful. This current office setup feels like an afterthought and is a major inconvenience for everyone. It’s disappointing, Centelon, and I sincerely hope you listen to your employees and move to a more practical location. It’s really disheartening to be in such a situation. Also, working in shared coworking space is always useful only to startups. Company like Centelon should have proper meeting rooms, cafeteria and possible recreational activities. Innerspace is such dump space we really dont want to work in such a place. This is voice from Centelon folks and not an individual opinion.

Opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work on various projects. Exposure to different technologies and business requirements.

Cons

Salary is below market expectations. Limited or no salary hikes despite increased responsibilities. Career growth and employee recognition could be improved. Workload is often not aligned with compensation.
