Pros

Small office so you do and learn more than a fully staffed office. PMs are great to work with and sometimes a little outdated. But overall a good company to work for.

Cons

Paperwork up the ying-yang.

Pros

It is rare to find a company where everyone stands up for doing what is right, instead of doing what will turn the most profit. Everyone here truly cares about their employees and their clients. The CEO and owner is a model of humble leadership and prioritizes the well-being of his employees and clients. He wants the business to succeed so that they can continue to serve their community.

Cons

It can be frustrating at times that things are not more organized in terms of internal processes, but this is being continually improved upon.
