      Extremely Understaffed All students are mainstreamed regardless Of disabilities. We have students with extremely violent behaviors in classrooms without proper support. Three meetings every week. Inequitable schools. The district does not listen to complaints. No celebration of staff. Extremely overworked.

      Small district Freedom with making your own decisions Great principals Wonderful, diverse community of students Students have some access to counselors, social workers, preschool, wrap around services

      SpEd admin only visit during crises and are out of touch with the day-to-day Buildings are in poor condition Lack of specialists (autism specialists/behavior specialists) Lack of adult support for children with special needs
