Pros
Early hours often work well for for various scheduling needs. Patients that really are trying to start over. That's it.
Cons
*No room for growth. *IF management likes a patient a policy will not apply to them or it will be a warning. IF management doesn't like a patient and they just did the exact same thing as the patient they like did, they will be staffed with the program sponsor. Very inconsistent. Same plays with employees. If they like you, it's an easy ride. If they don't you should be looking for something different because you are on barrowed time. *Very obviously money driven and not patient care driven. There is a way to be both - they don't know that way yet. *Painfully high turn over rate; there is always a job posting somewhere because they cannot retain good people. * Most employees are suuuuper young and/or are new to their license and they just don't know better yet. They will soon enough. *Management has a "Mean Girl" mentality. They gossip about patients and staff; not only at that location but at other locations. Past and current employees. *Already high case loads become higher when short staffed; expected to take on their load too. *Management allows patients to verbally abuse staff; but then again, management has been know to be short, loud, and say things no manager or someone in a position of power should say. *Management has private /confidential conversations out in public areas. Couth, CBH, couth.
