Good policies and practices around personal development, professional training and ongoing learning. Beautiful campus in ABQ and a great investment in technology to facilitate travel & remote work. Inspiring to work around really caring, thoughtful and smart people.

Can be hard to feel like you are making progress because our mission and vision is so grand, so large and so hard to obtain (awakening a more loving world!) The organization is going through significant growth & change, and all that comes with that. It requires a lot of individual flexibility, adaptability and team (not self) oriented posture. Work roles, responsibilities and processes are renegotiated frequently due to continued and rapid growth & change.
