The Ra staff definitely care about the clients.
The clients have a lot of resources connected to them.
Some of the clinical staff were competent.
Cons
There was a clear lack of connection between clinical and residential staff and I attribute this primarily to the clinical staff. The clients connected with the residential staff and a lot of the clinical staff acted as if they were better than the residential staff, and the clients who saw themselves in the residential staff obviously understood this and wouldn't trust the clinical staff.
Also upper mgmt were unkind to clients and staff alike and often failed to incorporate compassion.
