      Pros

      The company has great benefits and pays above the industry average. Most people are pleasant to work with and I have overall enjoyed my time working with the company.

      Cons

      The cons, however, are that upper management struggles communicating with the field of RBTs and feels out of touch with the needs of the RBT. Many pieces of communication that come from management or the C suite are short novels and require you to parse through them to see if there is even relevant information to you.
