      CVI is mission is wonderful!

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. The leadership team are bullies. They make decisions that they know are going to cause low moral. The top member of the team needs to be replaced -- they have no idea how to lead an organization and the entire mission is going to go down in flames.

      -love my bosses -lots of professional advancement opportunities (they really invest in you) -good pay -sense of purpose and a vision for the organization’s future

      Nice colleagues, amazing clients, autonomy within job role, free parking or discounted Marta pass.

      Cons

      The usual nonprofit triage of a heavy caseload of work, lack of funding support to programs/low pay and overload of responsibilities reallocated to shrinking barebones staff.
