Pros
A lot of people at CenterLine take pride in their work, especially some of the people that have been here 25-30+ years. It's rare in this industry for people to stay in one place that long. The benefits and pension are pretty good. If there's another downturn in the industry like 2008, they will probably do their best to look out for the employees.
Cons
They're trying to transition from the smaller family-owned company to a large modern company and there are growing pains. A lot of the people that have been around forever like to grumble about how much worse the atmosphere is compared to how it used to be. Though they continually cite the pay as being competitive for the industry, anyone who has done any looking around at all knows that's not the case.
