Pros

To start with the management are fairly easy going - they allow remote working to a degree.

Cons

I had to leave as couldnt afford to live on the wages, the wages offered in my area of bus dev wasn't sufficient for me to live on and combined with the fact i earnt zero commission in 12 months and no bonuses it wasnt financially viable...in fact i left the job to earn more delivering cars. My job was supposed to be a remote job but as I feared it wasn't long until there was pressure from the government team sales manager to get me into the office for 'visability' reasons. It was also several weeks until they repay the considerable fuel expenses from driving from the midlands into london as they do not provide fuel cards. Also worth noting in my final month i was unfortunate enough to be ill and that was a learning curve as there is effectively no sick pay allowance so they put you on SSP.. When you consider the benefits offered by there competitors I would say they are well behind the timew when it comes to salary / benefits package. There HR Director is just full of hot air so do take what she says with a pinch of salt.
