Pros

no over time, good Chinese managers.

Cons

.Cons:Unreliable Offers: They offered 15 SGD/H for Chinese and 20 SGD/H for Japanese, but claimed 22 SGD/H during the interview. Ultimately, the offer was abruptly canceled before the start date without any solid justification.High Privacy Risks: Entering the office requires not only fingerprints but also full iris scanning. For an AI company offering a mere 2,500 - 3,000+ SGD monthly salary, extracting such sensitive biometric data raises serious privacy and security concerns.Instability & Rebranding: This company was formerly Pactera Edge. They dissolved the old entity to form Centific, which feels like a tactic that might repeat every few years. Due to this restructuring, most veteran employees have left, leaving only two core managers behind.Advice to Management: Respect candidates' time and contracts. Stop collecting excessive biometric data for low-paying positions

Pros

Hybrid role. Good work-life balance (no overtime). Nice coworkers and on-site management for the San Antonio location. On-site leadership actually cared for their employees and development, however, higher-ups will always have the last word. Great place to gain experience and open your eyes to bad corporate culture. Had exposure to a few different projects.

Cons

Low paying jobs. They will try to work you into the ground, compensation isn't worth it. The company relies heavily on contractors, only 5 people converted to full‑time over 1 year. The executives are sexist (yes, even in 2026). I observed gender‑biased behavior from senior leaders, if you are a woman, they will not listen to you and talk down on you. Limited transparency from leadership. Constant overnight layoffs. They fire 50% of the people every quarter. You will always be scared of losing your job [no stability at all]. They are always talking about more opportunities for growth but it's ALL LIES. Senior management and higher-ups are horrible people, they don't care about you as a person, they only care about money. I wouldn’t recommend working here to someone seeking long‑term growth or job security.
