Pros
The nice thing about working for this company is the job security...that's about it. Oh and they have pension after 5 years of devoting your life to them too.
Cons
Leadership is AWFUL. The management that they hire is incompetent. I can't say that all of the upper management is but branch managers/assistant managers don't know what they are doing. They rely on everyone around them to take care of things. The pay is also horrible. Be ready to make out bound calls even though it does not state in your job description that you will be doing anything like that. I hope you like being a sleazy sales person because that's how they make you feel PLUS the money isn't even worth it.
