Great team culture under new management structure introduced 2 years ago - Sales Representative/Support Central Innovation sources Employee Review

Having been with the company for 4+ years, I have to say it is refreshing the last 2-3 years to have a new senior leadership including the COO, Commercial Director, new General Managers, the new Head of Marketing and the HR Manager as a united team. They are each great role models to the team. The Culture has greatly improved from when I first started particularly the last 3 years. I would like to thank the management team for the continued opportunities I have been given. I find the senior leadership team providing the HR initiatives, including the way they onboard colleagues, the onngoing learning opportunities refreshing to have in the workplace. I have been able to attend some of the AIM courses backed by the company driven by HR. Particularly in the last 12 months, the impact of the colleagues who had a negative outlook leaving the business has been refreshing. The office is calm, colleagues work together and I feel part of the team.

Parking is an issue when you drive, but there is parking in side streets close by and short walk to the office. There is paid parking options too if you wish to have undercover parking which some colleagues have in place. It takes me 10 minutes to walk from Pymble station to get to the office and often colleagues give a lift to the train or public transport at the end of the day.

Having been with Central Innovation for over a decade, I can genuinely say it is an outstanding place to build a long-term career.
